Nik has spent 14 years around startups and 7 of those in venture capital. He co-built three accelerator programs that graduated over 250 startups, then spent 7 years at Eleven Ventures, one of Europe's leading early-stage funds, where he was part of the investment process behind 40+ deals and the fundraising of three VC funds.
He's seen fundraising from both sides of the table. As an investor evaluating hundreds of founders, and alongside portfolio companies going through their own raises. Today he works with a small number of early-stage founders as a hands-on fundraising advisor, helping them prepare and execute their rounds.
Outside of work, you'll probably find him somewhere on the water. He sails when he can, swims when he can't, and rides his road bike when the sea is too far away.
Before VC, she led fundraising from inside startups. She's built decks from scratch, chased investor meetings for months, and gotten the kind of vague rejections that teach you more than any win. She's made the same mistakes she now helps others avoid.
When she's not working with founders, she's probably on a mountain somewhere. Skiing in winter, hiking the rest of the year, and always planning the next trip.
